Teksky is Hiring a Field Service Technician Near East Pittsburgh, PA
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Service Technician located in Pittsburgh, PA. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on card and forms equipment, as well as providing upgrades and supplies. Additionally, the Field Service Technician may be responsible for providing personalization services for plastic cards in our Card Service Bureau.
Qualifications:
- Experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
- Experience in IT background.
- Knowledge of embossing, thermal printing, and encoding magnetic stripe/smartcard information
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and follow technical instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
- Previous experience in the plastic card industry is a plus.
- Technical certification or degree in a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
